6. Internal Flashing cable or An USB cable with one side cut  and Soldering Iron  
7. RAR file extracting software to decompress these files (Download from here)

Next Step

1. Extract flash tool and open best.exe program

  

     2. Click on select model

    

 3. Select RM-837 from drop down menu

4. Select mcu, ppm and cnt files by clicking their buttons

  

5. click on dead mode, select Full Flash from flash mode settings and then click on flash button
